Offer KCAD Faculty a Fair Contract

The faculty at KCAD are some of the most dedicated and qualified instructors we could have, yet they have been enduring unfair treatment by the KCAD and Ferris Administration. Their salaries remain among the lowest for Michigan 4-year colleges, and the school's 4-person administration has a combined salary of over $600,000.

To sum it up: Our instructors are not valued, and when they are not treated well it sends a message to the students that our education is not worth the investment.
