With all the new buildings and appartment growth in Wilmington and within the County of New Hanover, waste products will abound with the influx of the population; it is imperative that the regulations and codes include recycling in their plans. Appartment living complexes and office buildings should be required mandatorily to provide recycling bins for the residents and workers for disposal transport to a recycling facility.
