Demand a Mandatory nationwide registry and harsher punishments for animal cruelty

We need a nationwide animal cruelty registry that anyone can access just like sex offenders people that are neglectful cruel and downright mean to animals the term animal abuse is thrown around way too much these days and people get away with a slap on the wrist they get other animals and do the same thing over and over. we need harsher laws for people who commit these crimes as well as a registry and a Mandatory punishment without a doubt should be that they are never allowed to own an animal of any kind ever again
