Justice for 9 Cavalier King Charles dogs

9 dogs were left in an SUV to die as the owner, a doctor, made rounds for 3 hours at a Charleston, SC hospital.  Temperatures that day went to 82 degrees with a heat index of 91 degrees.  The doctor said he "feels as badly as anyone".  This is neglect and abuse and the 9 lives were lost
