Can you imagine being wrongfully convicted for something you never did? Losing your daughter but also your freedom. When all you want is to prove your innocence && get justice for you and your daughter. Losing 9 years of your life off NO EVIDENCE but off of a scientific theory... I (his fiancé) made this petition in hopes of him being able to get a New Trial.
