I the driver called to the disabled person and shouted to him are you buying any thing? the driver then left the shop at the same time as the warden he started to write a ticket out . the wardeN was approached by the driver and asked why are you giving a ticket to this car he had seen the disability badge the driver explained the circumstances of the situation handed the driver a ticket in his hand
