Cruelty and neglect to animals.

Animals have the same rights as people and the sentence for this neglect and abuse should be the same for animals as it is for people. The guilty should get the same sentence as a person would. I HATE PEOPLE WHO NEGLECT OR ABUSE ANIMALS, they should all redeive the same treatment
