This is a petition to recall Ron Lombardi, President of The Pond Board of Directors, from the members of The Pond Homeowners Association. We feel it is necessary to take this action because of the following:
For creating and promoting a culture of hostility toward homeowners, especially women.
For creating a culture of hostility during the 2012 Annual Meeting toward the female candidates running for the board.
For allowing a culture of hostility toward Apollo Aquatics, especially General Manager Chris Whitener, resulting in the contractor cancelling the 2013 pool contract because the business relationship was no longer “amicable.” Apollo Aquatics was a highly-valued vendor due to exemplary service to the community in summer 2012. Homeowners have provided to the board testimony at meetings and through correspondence indicating their desire to contract with Apollo. President Lombardi has disregarded the homeowners on this matter.
For withholding information, acting in bad faith, and willfully and wantonly violating the CCIOA law.
These violations could nullify the president’s right of legal protection offered by C.R.S. 7-128-402, and creates a liability for us homeowners.
