#metoo access to internet/blogs

Cant seem to stay connected to a website to post videos/email- everytime after posting videos for a couple of weeks- messages such as google play down load new version of youtube'- or website is unacessable;Sociclpeacest; 10/1/19;

The concern is for safety due to having a brother who was murdered in 1991+ (unsolved)other'family members through ethnic intimidation system- #metoo system; am starting petition because of being blocked off of youtube and not being able to post my videos;

Would like to be able to access the internet/ emails and blogs without any of my relatives being harmed;
