Cop free zones for individuals who wish to waive their rights to community law enforcement services.

Individuals who do not wish to have police protection in their community should be provided with community zoning that is not under the jurisdiction of any law enforcement agency. This would benefit the individual that welcome law enforcement within their communities as well as the individuals who do not. Petitionees that do not wish to have law enforcement services will be given an opportunity to relocate to a cop free zone. The waiving of these services will remove all law enforcement responsibility for members of these communities. Community members will be responsible for setting up their own form of law enforcement and are obligated to uphold their laws and statutes as they see fit. Federal, state, and local government and law enforcement agencies will have immunity from any type of responsibility for failure of a cop free zones community to uphold it's own laws and statutes.
