errD2003 help!!!! (premature closing of my petition)

Anyone having trouble betting into their Care2 accounts because of an "errD2003: The service is not available" message knows how frustrating this issue is. I had thought the problem was resolved, but when I actually tried to reset my password (because I didn't know what my computer had saved after many earlier attempts to trouble shoot the problem and actually wanted to know my password), the problem came back. Care2 apparently closed the petition asserting the problem was "solved" but it is not.
