better water better police force and a grocery store

The Crestline police department have new cruisers, and a lot of police that nobody had the chance to agree to or vote on, our town is too small for the amount of police that we have. we don't even have a grocery store! Its time we stood up and said something, we have been bullied and harassed for far to long.
