Demand policy change to school policy regarding hair color.

My daughter loves to express herself with her hair color. She was not allowed in school for the last day of school because her hair was blue. Other children were sent away for similar reasons along with not wearing school uniform for the last day. I want to see more liency regarding self expression. If not for the whole district at least for grades 7th and up through high school. Milan Special School District in Milan Tennessee needs to change.
