Increase penalties for criminal use of a firearm or electronic weapon

Increase the penalties for criminal use of a firearm or electronic weapon from a class D felony to a class C felony. Make it be punishable by a $ 10,000 fine and 10 years imprisonment. Keep the five years mandatory minimum.
