I damand no double fees on addons

The should sign just like me do to double charges of games we played n paid for add ons witch makes no sense i have 2 buy the same game n add ons when i upgrade to ps4 i known there is alot off people that feel the same way i do there for it should be fair that we get what we paid the first time and let us transfer all of are maps,weapon,outfits,cars,exc._. not only that we hae to pay for online passes witch would be ok if they let us keep everything we purchase the first time
