The Promethean Representative for Glynn County was contracted for one year; Jan 2021 - Dec 2022. The BOE have decided to not renew the contract for the following school year. As a teacher in Glynn County, I feel like we are just learning how to use our boards to their full capabilities. Teachers are buying in and using the boards on a daily basis to change instruction.
I feel that we have alot more to learn before Kristin Williams goes to a new school district and we want to keep her in Glynn County until we complete all of the courses and gain all the knowledge needed to fully implement our Promethean Boards.
Kristin is always willing to help with the simpliest questions or tasks, visits our classrooms and goes above and beyond to help us use this new technology. She has solved problems that our school tech could not figure out. It would be a great loss to not have her leave Glynn County and go to another school district.
