Shut Down Petlands in the USA

How many times have you heard Petland sells puppies from puppy mills? How many times have you walked in a store to find birds with miss-clipped wings, malnourished rabbits and ferrets, hamsters with the deadly disease wet tail, or puppies that tremble and stare at you with eyes that just say "help me". Every Petland I personaly go to (and I am a teenage girl who goes to the strip mall with them alot) I find these animals in horrible conditions. How can you charge up to $4000 for a puppy that looks like they will tremble to death? I wish to shut down petlands all together due to the poor care treated to animals there that just want a loving home.
