We the people of Tn want all puppy mills to be shut down.

I recently rescued a mother that came from a puppy mill. She has been so neglected and abused. She was kept in a cage for over 2 years used for breeding. She has had very little human contact except for the purpose of breeding her. She has been starved and lived in her own waste. When she was taking out of her cage she was abused. I have had her for 4 months with little success but I will not give up on her. I think we need a puppy mill law to protect any other animals living in these conditions.
