GRAHAM HAS LEFT KENYA After a tremendous battle the Lawyer finally managed to reach higher personel and collected Graham from the filthy cell he had spent 5 days in.
ANYONE VISITING KENYA, PLEASE, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. YOU CAN BE ARRESTED FOR TRIVIAL MATTERS. WE SUPPORTED THIS COUNTRY FOR 24 years, NEVER AGAIN!!
EVEN KENYANS ARE TREATED BADLY, DISGUSTED!!
Graham pleaded guilty to get out of kenya. He is out of prison tonight and in police cells. He was fined which was paid today. He is being deported hopefully tomorrow but at the latest on Wednesday. We hope they keep to their word. Full update tomorrow.

THEY DIDNT LET HIM OUT. HES IN COURT ON MONDAY.FINGERS CROSSED
WE THOUGHT WE HAD A BOND SECURED YET STILL HE IS IN PRISON!!! This is getting ridiculous.
WHAT DO YOU WANT MOMBASSA????
My husband and I were going to move to Kenya when in Sept. 2011, someone made false child maintenance charges against him. He was acquitted in Kenyan court without charge, but his passport has been held by the Kenyan authorities for 3 years and he cannot get home. Please sign to ask UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office to ensure my husband gets home!
My husband Graham is 61, has diabetes and blood pressure. He has severe ulcerated legs.
After the charges were cleared in November 2013,the courts refused to return his passport. He tried to build a life in Kenya by starting a business with another man, but the authorities charged him with working without a permit (which he denies) or visa (which he can't get without a passport). They put him in prison for the 2nd time and are demanding money, which we don't have.
The prison cell is a hell hole. 70 men sleep head-to-foot on a floor in a room about 10 feet square. He can't eat as he cannot face using the toilet. He has recurring nightmares.
My husband has lived in poverty all this time. He has paid corruption bribes to get out of the country, but they still keep his passport. His case has been adjourned multiple times. We have lost our business and now may lose our home.
MP Andrew Griffiths took the issue to Parliament in Sept, but we need all the help we can to get him home to our hospital.

Please help me to campaign the government to get my husband out Kenya!
UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Please do more to get Graham Gallier out of Kenya, where he is being kept on false charges. His case has been adjourned repeatedly, his passport has been held for more than 3 years, his health is declining, and he has been denied access to justice.
