Release of an Innocent Man 33 Years After Crime He Did Not Commit!

Keith Allen Harward was a USS Carl Vinson Marine convicted of a crime he did not commit and so far has served 33 years for it. All because of unreliable evidence that was used in court. In 1982 a couple was assaulted, the husband was murdered and the wife was raped. During the sexual assault the attacker bit the wife, and she was able to identify him as a Marine. When forensic dentists went through the dental records of USS Carl Vinson Marines, they found that Harwards matched. However, dental records were proven to be unreliable by The American Board of Forensic Odontologist. The shipyard security guard working the morning of the attack claimed to see Harward entering the shipyard in a bloodied uniform. However, he was under hypnosis during this confession and this technique has been considered extremely unreliable.
