Stop e&m associates from being a slum lord and outrageous rent hikes

My name is Demaris Lugo, I have been a tenant in building 137 for 5 years. I'm writing this petition for everyone in the building. we all need to stick together. How many days are we going to be without gas? or when will be the next time u see a mouse or pest in your home that you have to deal with. How do you know tomorrow you will have hot water? or the intercom may be broken. as a unit we can put a stop to the under cover slum lords. some of us have been in our apartments 5-15 years and have been dealing with these issues for a while. lets put a stop together and let me lead you.
