Medicare, should cover service animals

I am working on my second service animal, since 2005. His Excellency Hon. Jake, my white German Shepherd Service Animal, should be covered under social security and medicare and medicaid. All service animals, should be covered under any healthcare. To include: landyards, subsistence, training materials, chews, vests, dog-tags any color. In my instance the color would be blue for Parkinson's Disease Plus, but could be Red as well. If you need the service animal and you are treated as one. Then Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, should cover everything, from visits to the vet, service animal certifications, local animal shelter fees, biometric chip fees, etc...
