PayPal scams shut them down!

PayPal has officially let me get scammed by a buyer this lady filed a dispute against me for a graphic design she said she never recived it when I in fact told her it would take 1-2 weeks it was only 3 days she filed the dispute and won the case because PayPal only protects businesses who ship Ive called them and tried to work it out because my account is on negative they were very unhelpful they told me I had 120 to pay it was only 29 days and they already sent it to a collection agency this copy makes lots of money but yet the want to bother me for $35.74they gave this lady my money then expect me to pay them ? Things like this has happened to many people and I’m sick of them ignoring it and not fixing it so it’s time we get them shut down because they scam
