Allow pet Greyhounds to be exercised on lead unmuzzled

The Control of Greyhounds etc. Act (Northern Ireland) 1950 is an antiquated and out-dated piece of legislation which needs to be repealed to allow pet Greyhounds and other sight hounds to be exercised unmuzzled and with the same freedom as other breeds of dog.  These are the most gentle and docile dogs imaginable yet they are one of the most misunderstood and abused dogs you could ever meet
