Demand the end of illegal dog shelters in Romania

There are so many public and corruption shelters in Romania, Slatina Public shelter being a main one. They burn the dogs alive, they are treated like vermin in Romania and we all need to stop this NOW. We need to let the Government in Romania, part of the EU that this is unacceptable and we will not tolerate this
