Impose Fines on the Houston Rodeo for the Abuse of Animals

Innocent animals are being injured and/or killed due to the violence that takes place in the rodeo. Animals are unnecessarily euthanized if they are no longer able to entertain a crowd, and the rodeo does not use any of its large funding to ensure that animals are probably cared for if they get hurt; for the sake of convience they are just euthanized, because animals are disposable to the rodeo. By getting enough signatures, we will be able to fine the rodeo for the mistreatment of these animals, which will make these instances of animal abuse less frequent. Because if its one thing that motivates people, its money. 

We want to fine $4,000 for the injury of an animal and $12,000 for the death of an animal
