Hearsay Law

Las vegas NV has a hearsay law, Meaning people can put you away from life just off of wors of mouth. My friend is facing Life in prison for something he did not do, because Another do not like him. My friend is being accused of Raping his own daughter, because the grandfather do want him in the kids life. When it comes down to evidence there is no sign of sexually penetration. Just word of mouth and they are sticking with it.. Please help save the incident people who is being convicted of horrible crimes in Las Vegas. I know you know someone that has been sent to jail or prison off of someone word and later found not guilty.. That is a life you can't give back. Help me take away this law.
