In February of 2016, Employees at La Estrella Adult Daycare held a Valentine's King and Queen contest. The content consists of votes and whoever had the most votes win. However, voting cost money. They used pennies to cast votes. The more pennies the more votes. Initially, the rules was you can vote as many times as you want on who whoever you want. The rules change numerous times during the contest. All the changes benefited the people who they wanted to win the contest and clients was just swindle clients out of their money. The contest was fixed. They was made victims of a pyramid scheme designed to exploit the disabled for their own financial gain.
