Hi everyone , my name is Rachel, I am as an active member of my high schools Buddy club program(where you help out as a "buddy" for those with special needs)Recently I have heard from a local police officer that came to talk to my schools life skills class that in pennslyvannia , there is no label or identification on the drivers license or identification card to identify who have a learning or mental impairment when being pulled over .(th police thinking there unknowing drunk or high when the real reason is they might have an impairment)I have recently emailed Tom Murt raising issue baker this ,and now I want YOUR help to prove upon action of this! By signing this petition you support the reason to establish the identification of having a disability on your drivers license in the upcoming years of renewal (2019 if this issue gets addressed and certified by Tom) or when you app,y for your license you can add that to it.
