Upper Peninsula of Michigan State Independence

The Upper Peninsula of Michigan is connected to Lower Michigan by only a bridge. The Upper Peninsula wants to become an Independent State. Representatives from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan get voted out by the lower Michigan State and dont get the voting rights they deserve. Although the Upper Peninsula has a smaller population they occupy 30% of the Michigan land. The Upper State wants Independence from the Lower State.
