This petion is being used to stress the importance and tne realization of the impact buggies have on our roadways.Roads'in Pa are tough enough to bare,holes,hills and buggies.These problems include:just a general lack'of laws with reguards to amish in general(heck they drive whatever down roadways ie tow motor)kids driving little'ponys in open carriages must be the age of 8-12.Steel wheels eating up our roadway.Rate of seed for roadways.(You know if it was us darn english we be pulled'over for going so slow)In a average day I will see 9 down at the southern end of Lanc. Co.in the morning.They travel in most foggy conditions(what a joke).plus'it is'an animal'on the roadway with a mind of there own and they scare at times only by the oressure of the person in the carriage.These amish push these horses hard and really it can be quite discusting truely.We need to make a change so us Engish stop paying the price more ways than one.Thank you.
