Charge Dynel Lane with murder

Dynel Lane Lured a soon to be mother and cut her baby out of her womb. Because Colorado does not have a fetial homicide law she is charged with attempted murder of the mother and child abuse. But ask yourself how can she be charged with child abuse but not murder if the baby is not "alive?" Let's change this ridiculous law
