Over the course of the semester there have been several issues that have effected the students learning environment and student learning outcome. For example, the WiFi on campus had been down extended periods of time throughout the semester. As a result, students that depend on WiFi to get work done did not. As well as teachers, unable to access internet to communicate with students, post assignments and exams, and enter attendance. Moreover, the issue has set limitations on students' performance as to when they can study and how they can study based on availability of computers and access to the library. This petition is not to seek media coverage or bring shame upon the school in anyway, but to simply ask for students whose academic performance had been affected by this issue, receive an Incomplete in that course(s). That way their grades can be rectified at a later time.
