Mandatory DNA testing at birth

I feel like Mandatory DNA testing at birth should be something pushed in all states because imagine finding out the child you loved so much and gave all your time to wasn’t yours, or better yet imagine being put on child support and the child might not actually be yours. I’ve seen and heard about a lot of men going through these things making comments such as this woman ruined my life or I can’t believe I been going to jail for not paying child support and the child isn’t even mines. Honestly that’s heartbreaking and terrible that another human has to endure such random and unbelievable pain. Some may say why claim the baby if you suspect the child might no be your? Well that’s simple because if a male really loves a female he’s not going to expect that the woman he loves would get pregnant by another man let alone cheat on him but we are only human so we still get a lot of things wrong. It’s not fair a man should be thrown in jail or harassing child mother because he’s on child support. A man shouldn’t have disappointing moments like this where his everything was made from another man.

SOLUTION
I feel a DNA kit should be in every delivery room during birth and the male should not sign the birth certificate until the results from the DNA test comes back. Well then some may say that’s expensive, well maybe not if you add the DNA kit to the parents hospital bill. Having a DNA kit in every hospital birthing room would eliminate unneeded incarceration. It could also get back to standard economy.
