66 VDOT/EZ-PASS for motorcycles

It's fantastic that motorcycles can drive on 66 without paying the exorbitant tolls. However, you will be charged if the system reads your transponder. Yet, there is not Flex Pass option for motorcycles. And the system isn't set up to NOT charge your transponder. EZ-PASS / VDOT recommend wrapping it in tinfoil. This is both ridiculous and dangerous to recommend. Pulling over to wrap it is also not an option (if you are familiar with the traffic in Northern VA). Many of us pay amazing amounts of money on the Dulles Toll Road already. There Needs to be a safe alternative for Motorcycles who have to pay other tolls, to not have to deal with hiding or covering their transponder while on 66.
