For the past week, I could not answer my Instant Messages. And I still cannot answer them. A very dear friend of mine IM'd me a few mins ago but when I tried to her back but it did not go through. There is something wrong with your Instant Messaging system and I offer this solution. Please fix the broken IM before you loose a very important member. Me.
