 Stop Politicizing Canada's Election Act now:

No Political Party in Canada or any Government in Power in should have SOLE Authority or responsibility for Drafting or Amending or Passing Canada's Federal Election Act into Law.

This Government Bill C23 Fair Election Act should be sent to the Supreme Court and definitely not put into place before any By Elections or during the Next Federal Election.

"Qualified Non Partisan Jurors should be given the responsibility to draft an Election Act that Ensures Fair Unbiased Democratic Elections to assure all Canadians that we truly live in a Democratic country unfettered by any one Political Ideology".

Even after the amendments  the Harper Conservatives  Bill C23 Fair Election Act is clearly intended to deter and limit the ability of Voters in Canada to exercise their vote. As well it further limits the Elections Officer's independence ability to fully investigate any complaints of Election Fraud. Promoting and encouraging Canadians to vote should not be solely the purvue of Political Parties .Bill C23 is contrary to the Democratic Principals that Canadians have enjoyed and fully deserve since Confederation.

The Fair Election Act  is an obvious attempt to Politicize Canada's Elections to favour the sitting Government's ideology and should never become the law of the land.

Harper supporter tells me " if we elect the right people to run the country what more can one ask for". "its time the act was changed to allow the RIGHT PEOPLE to cast their vote."
Here is a response I received from an acquaintance that supports PM Stephen Harper's draconian Bill C 23 the so called Fair Elections Act.
