Air pollution in Shanghai~old motorcyles

The heat of summer has not even hit us yet and the AQI has been 150 to over 200 for over several days now.  People are dying from lung cancer and other cancers caused by the pollution of foul emissions.  Old motorcycles with poor exhuaust systems and high emissions is one area that the city of Shanghai could buckle down and dispose of these motorbikes one by one.
