Stop Animal Cruelty

From last 3 days, dogs in one of the most renowned engineering college in Jaipur are being killed brutally and tortured till death by the management. Dog's mouth and all four legs were tied with iron wire and left to die. Unfortunately, dog was dead, before any help reached him.
