We the members undersigned in this petition find the actions taken by certain executive board members over the course of the past year to be failing; most recently in the case of Pres. Al Cuevas and member Ed Arzouian we find their actions to be completely unwarranted, illegal, and unjust as per our constitution and bylaws.
Furthermore the current executive board as a whole has repeatedly failed to accomplish their individual tasks as set forth by the Pres.(Al. Cuevas) and constitution and bylaws of Canawacta Rod and Gun Inc. and we feel it is in the best interest of the Organization that each individual member of the board be assessed, rated, and voted upon for retention or removal from office by the membership at large. This is to include Committee Chairman as well.
We, the undersigned also believe that it is in the best interest of the organization that any persons removed from the executive board or a chair in this manner also NOT be eligible for nomination to any position at this time.
