Why are men different to women?

so I’ve been researching about men and woman equality and it seems woman are still being payed less and in more that 104 counties are preventing woman from working. People believe that a woman cant do anything they should stay home clean but I want that to change so I want equal pay, more jobs for woman and be treated the same maybe the fathers could do some cooking for once!
