Please bring back Phones to Creekland

As we all know, IPhones and other Cellular devices have been banned from Creekland, but I, Hampton B., would like to change that. Yes, phones were used to insult students and teachers, but it was a few students who did that. Why should everyone suffer from a fews' actions. I ask to be allowed to bring our phones and just keep them in the lockers. I agree phones can disrupt a class, but phones can't if they're in a locker.
