Elect a new Vice Chairman and Board for the Hunter Association

Currently, the Vice-Chairman of the Hunter Association hasn't contributed in any meaningful way to the community or server. In-game, he also abuses his permissions and flings people using commands (:Brazil). My proposal would be to hold another election, which would allow the Hunter Association community to either re-elect Nonchalant if they deem him fit, or replace him with someone who is better fit for the position. As far as the "Board" goes, this would be a collection of already established Hunters who help make decisions that will impact the Hunter Association.
