Demand an end to the Algebra PARCC test

There's too many students in Maryland doing bridge projects in order to Graduate high school because they couldn't pass the Algebra 1 PARCC test. A students grade in Algebra 1, each semester should determine if they graduate, not a test based on a class that doesn't teach students everything they need for the test. The test is extremely difficult especially for students with teachers that have quit in the middle of the school year, those students end up with substitutes that are not qualified to teach them the necessary materials.
