Transparency & FAIR Condo Fee's

As I am sure you all agree living in the 1196 building our condo fees have gone up every year unfairly. When I tried to sell my condo I was given a list of all the condos for sale or had sold in the past year for the 3 buildings and could not believe that the other buildings were able to list LOW condo fees in the $250 - $350 range for even 2 bedrooms. I dont believe there are any board members from the 1196 building so no wonder only our fees are going up at the rate they are.

The condo fees need to be more even among the 3 buildings and we need to hold the board accountable. There should be transparency on what EACH unit pays and justification on why one is more.
