Fire Washington Wizards General Manager, Ernie Grunfeld

Mr.Grunfeld has had his time. But, if the Wizards organization is to move forward and attempt to win a championship, a new general manager will be required. Someone who will actively make moves to put them over the top and draft effectively. Grunfeld has proven his decline as a quality general manager with bad deals such as deals given to Otto Porter jr, Marcin Gortat, and others. Also in this years draft, Grunfeld had the fans in complete disarray with the draft picks chosen. Both picks did not seem to address the organizations need at center, which there were many opportunities to do so.
