Reopen the recycling center on 40th!!

A complaint was started to have the recycling center removed, lots of residents in the area use that recycling center and are upset that it is scheduled to be removed. I'm concerned that having it closed down will increase robberies and thefts to the neighborhood. Having the recycle center closed down will not do anything to curb the homeless issue. We need to get this recycling center reopened!!
