Stop St Huberts from evaluating Newark a dogs!

St Huberts has a history of killing dogs from the Newark NJ Shelter. They rescued several then killed them even dogs that went on adoption events. They had Newarks contract for strays and no one knows what happened to them. There was no transparency. Their evaluation system is so far removed from this day and age. They are an organization in an upscale community and have no idea of inner city shelter or dogs.
