I Demand Justice For Guy Who Burnt Cat!

I'm wanting to start a petition! In Crawfordsville, Indiana for the 19 year old guy who put a rope around her neck and poured gasoline all over her and set her a fire. Man across street saw fire and went out and rushed it to Purdue animal hospital. If she gets better he wants to adopt her. Her bill is over 1,000. Lets get justice for her and put this guy or guys in jail or prison with stiff sentence! This is a Monster! He needs tortured like he did her. He turned himself in and is in jail waiting court.
