Demand Justice for Milton NOW!!!

#MiltonToo was another black man who passed away suddenly in 2013 and afterwards his estate was dismantled by a group of Caucasian people with a Caucasian woman claiming the bulk of his estate and as she misrepresented herself in a court of law and was able to do so without questions, statements or anything from family members. She was not related to him; not married to him, and he lived alone. #MiltonToo was our brother and son. He was a hard working citizen in the county in which he lived during his lifetime and did work for other citizens of that same county and yet his estate went up in flames.
We have reached out to the county but cannot seem to reach the District Attorney in said county, everytime we attempt our mail is intercepted and discarded more than likely as its never been returned. We believe someone purposely did this to us and as a direct result of this happening we are demanding a full investigation into what happened. Additionally, we would like for New legislation to take place to make it impossible for anyone to unlawfully dismantle another human being estate by any means necessary. States have too much power when Public Officials, fail the pubic and decision makers will not properly do their jobs to uphold laws. Texas is in dire need of racial justice overhaul. The justice system has always been a rough system, it's time for a major shift so that it works for all human beings, regardless of an individual's race.
Thank you!
